Location: Sandusky, OH Empire Today is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Consultant to meet face-to-face with customers in their homes, help find the best flooring products, and grow a book of business. Outside Sales Consultant role with 100% commission and commission bonus opportunities; first-year earnings typically $50k–$70k, with top performers earning well over $100k Meet with customers in-home and provide flooring product recommendations Use pre-qualified leads and referrals to generate new business Attend sales meetings and training (in-person and virtual) Deliver excellent customer service and professional presentation, including Empire-branded apparel Utilize a tablet and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards Valid auto insurance Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs Availability for evening and weekend appointments Proficiency with electronic tablets and measuring devices for sales presentations Ability to attend sales meetings and training sessions (in-person and virtual) Earning range is based on average and top earners.
