Offer tailored solutions to customers, families, or businesses. Represent the company and Cricket brand professionally. Assist with store operations and duties. Achieve sales goals and KPIs, possibly earning bonuses. Job Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish. Strong communication skills, positive attitude, technical aptitude. Commitment to excellent customer service, honesty, integrity. Retail sales experience helpful but not required. At least 18 years old, legally able to work in the US. Able to work at least 32 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, holidays. Strong social media presence preferred. Reliable transportation and residence within 30 minutes of the store. Ability to operate a computer. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to policies. Working Conditions Lift up to 10 pounds. Bend, squat, stretch for inventory and stocking.
