We’re seeking an Outbound SDR to fuel Lahzo’s growth within specialty healthcare verticals. You’ll be the first line of contact with prospective clients — researching, prospecting, and qualifying opportunities that become high-value relationships.

Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation

Execute targeted outbound campaigns to C-level and VP-level prospects

Manage daily cadences across email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach

Qualify inbound interest from ABM and AI-generated leads

Account Research & Personalization

Use AI tools and market data to personalize outreach by industry and use case

CRM Hygiene & Handoff

Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure seamless handoff to AEs

Track touchpoints, conversion rates, and meeting outcomes

Qualifications

1–3 years in B2B SaaS SDR or BDR role (outbound focus preferred)

Experience selling to healthcare groups (non-hospital) preferred

Coachable, persistent, data-driven, and unafraid of the phone

Eager to knock on doors & meet prospects in person

Strong writing skills and natural curiosity about AI and sales tech

Comfortable using tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

You think like an experimenter — everything can be optimized

Fluency in modern AI tools and demonstrated use of these tools in your work

Compensation

Base: $55K–$70K

Variable: 20–50% commission (OTE $82,500–$105,000)

Equity: Equity package
