REVELXP is a premier sports hospitality company . We work with hundreds of college and professional teams and major sporting events to deliver exceptional fan experiences, including full-service tailgates, premium hospitality events and exclusive ticket packages. In addition to managing fan experience offerings, we also provide comprehensive hospitality solutions to our team and event partners with event staffing, event management, premium hospitality management and venue installations.

Position Summary

The Account Manager, Strategic Partnerships is responsible for managing high-value partner relationships and supporting revenue growth through the execution of customized partnership programs. This role will work closely with corporate clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service, ensure fulfillment of contractual assets, and uncover new opportunities for value creation. The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing environment, is highly organized, and demonstrates a proactive, strategic mindset in managing partnerships across the experience, events, and hospitality industries.

Key Responsibilities

Duties may be added or changed at any time based on business needs.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic partners, maintaining strong, productive relationships. Support the execution of partnership programs, including hospitality packages, ticket inventory, accommodations, and experience-based activations. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless delivery of contracted assets and activations. Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen partner engagement and generate incremental revenue. Participate in vendor sourcing and management to ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables across all programs. Track and report on partnership performance metrics, including revenue, engagement, and return on investment. Assist with proposal development, renewal strategies, and contract execution. Support event planning and attend key events to manage on-site execution and partner engagement. Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner priorities.

Deliver a best-in-class partner experience that aligns with client objectives and brand values. Be proactive in identifying partnership growth opportunities and resolving issues before they escalate. Demonstrate strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal—across all levels. Exhibit a client-first mindset while managing timelines, budgets, and executional details. Collaborate cross-functionally and represent the voice of the partner internally. Prioritize accuracy, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented approach in all aspects of work.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. 3–5 years of experience in account management, partnerships, sponsorships, or client services. Experience working with corporate clients, sponsorship activations, or hospitality programs is strongly preferred. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Willingness to travel as needed to support client events and relationship building.
