PURPOSE STATEMENT

The Lead Customer Success Specialist has an important job. They make sure customers are happy and that everything runs smoothly. They do this by organizing how customers are grouped, building good relationships with customers, brokers, and distributors, and using data to improve how products are delivered. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership (25%)

– Lead and support a team of customer success specialists to help them work better and more efficiently. Create plans to improve how we group customers to save time and money. Customer Collaboration and Management (20%)

– Build and maintain good relationships with our partners, including customers, brokers, and distributors, to improve product delivery. Review and negotiate agreements, ensure service expectations are met, and gauge performance. Manage relationships with key national accounts to increase sales through better order delivery. Data Analysis (20%)

– Analyze customer order patterns and inform the team of significant changes. Identify and understand order trends to troubleshoot issues before they arise. Systems Utilization / Technical Proficiency (15%)

– Use various tools and systems to manage orders effectively. Be skilled in order management systems (e.g., ERP) and other relevant software. Process Enhancement and Continuous Improvement (10%)

– Identify areas to improve customer group processes and implement enhancements. Stay current with best practices and emerging technologies in inventory management. Reporting and Insights (10%)

– Create and maintain clear reports and dashboards to track inventory management performance, cost savings, and goal attainment. Analyze data to support smarter inventory decisions. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field (preferred). At least 5 years of experience working with customers and understanding their needs. Preferred experience leading a team or managing projects to improve inventory. Proficiency in data analysis and inventory management software. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Attention to detail with a focus on process improvement. Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics principles. Willingness to travel up to 10%.
