The Warehouse Lead plays a critical role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, returns processing, and continuous improvement initiatives. This hands-on position requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate is a dependable team player committed to operational excellence and employee performance. Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Returns Support inbound receiving operations, including processing freight returns from remote inventory locations. Sort incoming items into designated categories (Used, DOA, Not Used) for further handling. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in received shipments using established resolution protocols. Accurately document and prepare items for Return to Vendor (RTV), including part and serial number verification. Inventory Management Replenish inventory to the repair shop based on daily business needs and perform corresponding bin moves in the ERP system. Unbox, organize, and relocate inventory to appropriate storage areas (pallets, bins, shelves). Verify part numbers and serial numbers to ensure inventory accuracy. Maintain accurate records of all items in process using RF devices and ERP software. Shipping & Fulfillment Assist with pick/pack/ship operations for remote inventory locations. Prepare cartons for shipment using FedEx Ship Manager and apply item labels as required. Ensure timely and accurate outbound shipments in accordance with company procedures. Operational Excellence Uphold warehouse cleanliness and organization standards through 5S practices. Adhere to OSHA safety requirements and operate material handling equipment (training provided). Support departmental productivity and quality goals in coordination with warehouse supervisors. Execute all company policies and procedures with consistency and attention to detail. Systems & Reporting Utilize ERP systems (NetSuite/JD Edwards) for daily inventory transactions and reporting. Understand the financial impact of inventory movements and ensure data integrity. Team Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals. Demonstrate excellent attendance and reliability. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Education Level: High school diploma or General Equivalent Diploma Qualifications: REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience with a focus on inventory control. Proficiency in ERP systems (JDE preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional customer service orientation. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude. Job Benefits
