In collaboration with our client, this role is a Hybrid/Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representative focused on the Rare Disease space, combining field-based and inside sales activities. The objective is to achieve sales targets and drive adoption/utilization of therapies by building relationships with key accounts and physicians—including Neurologists, Hematologists, and Oncologists. You will collaborate with teammates to coordinate sales strategies within your assigned territory. The role involves engaging predetermined healthcare professional audiences through outbound calls and in-person interactions within your geography, delivering product messaging using visual aids and resources, ensuring fulfilment of services, and maximizing engagement. Responsibilities

Execute brand strategy and effective sales calls, delivering messages to physician offices by liaising with receptionists, office managers, and other staff Engage targeted HCPs in informational and promotional communications on product(s) and services in compliance with client policies Take clear notes for each call and enter dispositions into CRM Document project compliance requirements including adverse events Proactively follow up with target offices/providers to educate on REMS enrollment process Required Qualifications

4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university 1+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical or B2B inside sales or service Experience selling in field-based and remote environments with demonstrated selling capabilities Ability to profile and manage a target list of healthcare professionals to drive brand impact Ability to deliver targeted selling messages that are authentic and relational Account mapping and total office call capability Ability to interact with all levels of an office including clinical discussions with prescribers Ability to complete all product training tests and certifications Proven track record of success in a competitive environment (strong plus) Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills Support for Product access – PA navigation, Co-pay card for eligible commercial patients, coverage Experience with MMIT is a plus Internal team collaboration and communication Service mindset; ability to manage and develop an assigned territory with minimal supervision Ability to travel 50%+; overnight travel required Must have a personal vehicle for travel to the assigned geography Compensation and Benefits

The potential base pay range for this role is $70,000-$74,060 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on qualifications, location, and schedule. Incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other compensation may be offered, in addition to benefits. Location and Equal Opportunity
