Account Manager - Durable Assembly role at H.B. Fuller. Ideal candidate will be based in Los Angeles or San Diego, CA. Western Territory – CA, WA, AZ, MT, WY, CO, UT, NV, OR. Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Primary Responsibilities
FRAMEWORK OF SUCCESS: Sales know-how for all stages of a sales cycle, from prospecting through post close; importance of time management and alignment with goals; drive increased sustainable sales revenue, maintain existing business, grow customer base, and minimize erosion; builder of relationships with internal teams, direct customers and distribution partners. CUSTOMER FOCUSED – CREATING VALUE: Drive customer intimacy by delivering H. B. Fuller’s value; act as conduit to customers for our market leading adhesive applications through internal technical support; be the strategic partner on key issues such as raw material & supply trends and help customers integrate with new projects and innovation; provide superior customer service as the “Go-To” contact. DEMONSTRATES FUNCTIONAL EXCELLENCE: Strategic planner to accomplish focused annual sales and personal growth goals; understand competitive landscape and how to position H.B. Fuller to meet customer needs; experienced in sales territory management and uses tools such as Salesforce and PowerBI. SALES COMPETENCIES & BEHAVIORS: Winning sales technique and strategy; ability to call on various departments and levels; strong time management, prospecting, planning, negotiation and growth mindset; team orientation and effective internal/external communication; 2 years of sales experience; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; travel up to 75%; determination and drive. Pay is based on several factors including education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The base salary for this role is $90,000 - $95,000. In addition to salary, H.B.
