Location Dallas, Ft Worth - onsite role

Job Description Our client is looking to hire a skilled Inside Sales Representative to sell corporate products and services to business establishments over email and phone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales and excellent communication skills.

This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer support as well as represent company goals within the organization to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

Identify and compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads using a variety of sources including ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, online research, business directories, and other sources.

Follow up with potential and existing customers through outbound calls and emails to qualify leads, promote products, and close sales.

Prepare sales orders for orders obtained and maintain accurate sales records in our computer database.

Analyze market trends and customer needs based on prospect/customer feedback.

Compensation & Benefits

Base = $55-$60K base

Bonus Opportunity = 5% of base salary (based on individual performance & company performance paid year-end)

New addition: 1% commission on sales volume (estimated $3k/yearly)

Projected Year One Earnings = $73k
