Role Description: We’re looking for a Sports‑Mind‑ed Sales Representative to join our team in Saginaw, MI. Just like in sports, this role is all about discipline, teamwork, and the drive to win. You’ll learn proven sales strategies, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and have the opportunity to grow within our team. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with hands‑on coaching, performance incentives, and clear opportunities for advancement. Key Responsibilities:
Approach customers with confidence and professionalism Share product knowledge and recommend tailored solutions Support in‑store promotions and brand campaigns Answer customer questions with clarity and enthusiasm Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management Collaborate with teammates to hit sales goals and exceed expectations What We’re Looking For:
Competitive mindset with a team‑first attitude Strong communication and people skills A passion for helping others and providing top‑tier service Goal‑driven, self‑motivated, and coachable Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, retail‑based setting Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Weekly pay: $600–$1,000 per week with uncapped commissions & bonuses Full‑time W2 employment with health benefits available Hands‑on training with mentorship from top performers Clear growth path through our Management Training Program Opportunities for travel, networking, and leadership development Seniority level
