General Position Summary Our retail salespeople are the heartbeat of the Lids brand. They are passionate about sporting and fashion goods, helping customers find products that reflect their individuality, team pride, and personal style. This role requires providing excellent customer service, maintaining attractive product displays, and being knowledgeable about our products and services. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Generate revenue Achieve sales goals through excellent customer service Maintain store appearance and visual standards Control costs Protect company assets and manage inventory Participate in shipment processing and inventory counts Adhere to retail policies and procedures Job Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Computer literacy Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to climb ladders and work with hands overhead Standing for up to 100% of the time Associates start at local minimum wage with up to 10% more based on experience. Exact pay varies by skills, experience, and location.
