Responsibilities

Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers. Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships, ensuring homes and families are protected. Adept at listening to needs and clearly explaining practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care. Prioritize safety in all responsibilities. Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Serve as an empathetic problem solver for customers by utilizing training to recommend the best pest solutions for each customer’s needs. Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads; we provide a robust advertising budget for leads. Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin’s products and services can provide peace of mind. Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and make recommendations based on findings, addressing questions and setting expectations. Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized, with training provided.

We Offer

Competitive earnings from $60,000 to $100,000 per year and a company vehicle with gas card upon route assignment. During the initial training period (first 90 days), compensation is set at $23 per hour. After licensure, the position transitions to an exempt structure with base salary plus commission. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required No Experience Required Valid driver’s license required Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid) Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients Sales experience preferred

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties with or without accommodations.
