Responsibilities We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn our business from day one, based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. The program is structured to help you master skills needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. In this hands-on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community to build relationships essential for your business growth. We will teach you customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership. Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
