CertaPro Painters is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking Residential Painting Sales Associate to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do Build trusted relationships with homeowners Create tailored proposals through one-on-one consultations Manage projects to stay on time, on budget, and top-quality Keep clients updated with clear, friendly communication Represent CertaPro at community events & marketing opportunities Stay sharp with ongoing training and industry conferences Keep everything organized in our CRM system
What We’re Looking For A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Sales experience in painting, construction, or home services (preferred) A 2+ year degree in a related field (preferred, not required) Excellent communication & people skills—you enjoy working with others Valid driver’s license with a clean record Proven track record of accomplishments and initiative
