The Role The Floor Lead is a member of the store leadership team who champions exceptional customer service standards, coaches the team, and ensures day-to-day operations are executed effectively. The Floor Lead maintains a strong presence on the sales floor, demonstrates outstanding people skills, and embodies Mejuri’s values, acting as a true team player with a can-do attitude that motivates the team daily. Customer Experience

Enable a memorable and personalized customer service experience that connects customers to the Mejuri brand and strives to exceed expectations. Expertly execute and coach others in our Selling Programs. Remain informed of all Mejuri products and latest launches as a product expert. Assist the team with implementing customer-centric campaigns and maintaining relationships. Positively ensure all KPIs are consistently achieved. Take ownership of delivering strong results, focusing on team and individual goals. Maintain operational processes that positively impact sales, reduce spend, and enhance the business. Support the management team to ideate and develop new sales opportunities to drive traffic and engage with clients. Drive business through clienteling, sourcing new customers, and fostering existing relationships. Manage sales floor operations, coaching and providing in-the-moment feedback to support the sales team. Provide critical insights and make daily recommendations. Operations

Support all operational workflows and uphold standard operating procedures, including opening/closing the store, managing merchandise, sales floor management, and employee management to achieve daily requirements. Support all transaction types within our OMNI business, including purchases, returns, exchanges, phone sales, BOPIS and BORIS, ensuring excellent interactions. Manage inventory tasks including shipping/receiving and transfers. Collaborate with store management to identify opportunities to improve daily operations (systems, tools, processes). Ensure physical store maintenance is upheld to standard. Partner with the Visual Lead to analyze KPIs and monitor stock levels to create a productive sales environment and identify actions to improve sell-through. Provide support to Visual Lead during retail campaign implementation. Follow up on execution deadlines for key VM initiatives to ensure timely deliverables. Support day-to-day maintenance of visual displays and product. Report damaged display product or tools to the Visual Lead. Provide feedback to the Visual Lead on gaps and opportunities. What you\'ll bring to the team

Experience in a high-volume retail environment. Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly. Excellent organization and analytical skills. Critical thinking to identify challenges and develop action plans. Physical requirements: ability to stand for 8 hours, lift 50 lbs. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
