Inside Sales Insurance Specialist – Multi-Product Sales (W2, Remote)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Hourly + Bonus | Life & Health License Required Join AMBA to deliver tailored Life and Supplemental Health benefits to members of Public Employee, Alumni, and Professional Occupation associations. As a W2 Inside Sales Insurance Specialist on the Multi-Product Sales team, you’ll spend your day on the phone educating members on benefit options and enrolling them in coverage that fits their needs. What You’ll Do Make 150+ outbound calls daily to engage existing members and policyholders Deliver scripted and unscripted consultative sales presentations Enroll members into supplemental Life & Health insurance products Manage inbound call volume and follow up with engaged contacts Document all activity in Salesforce and manage your sales pipeline Provide a seamless, professional, and caring member experience What You Bring Active Life and/or Health Insurance License 2+ years of insurance sales or high-volume call center experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Tech fluency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus) Resilience, drive, and a track record of hitting goals A positive attitude and desire to grow within a mission-driven team Comp & Perks Hourly base pay + monthly performance bonuses First-year average: $50,000–$60,000 Top performers: $100,000+ Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability 401(k) with company match PTO + paid holidays Career development and internal promotion opportunities About AMBA AMBA partners with 200+ public employee associations across all 50 states to establish strong relationships and deliver exceptional value.
