Join the team as a Seasonal Sales Associate this holiday. You will be the face of Bath & Body Works, helping customers find the best products for themselves and others, delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and contributing to a positive, high-energy store environment. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at checkout. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and adhere to all safety expectations. Maintain policies and procedures in day-to-day operations. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication skills, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Must be available to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core Competencies
