We’re looking for a results-driven Account Executive with technical thinking capabilities to grow and manage sales in storm drain maintenance and services. This role focuses on building client relationships, managing proposals, and driving project success from first contact to close.

Overview
We’re seeking an Account Executive to grow and manage sales in storm drain maintenance and services, with a focus on California underground construction processes. The role emphasizes building client relationships, managing proposals, and driving project success from initial contact through close. Responsibilities
Knowledge of storm drain or underground infrastructure with a focus on California underground construction processes Meet and exceed sales targets for Drywell construction, Hydrovac and stormwater infrastructure contracts Build strong relationships with property managers, HOAs, municipalities, and contractors through cold calling, business drop-ins and lunch & learns Create and present customized proposals; manage revisions and follow-ups Coordinate and follow up on stormwater inspections and reports Define project scope and pricing for HOA and On Call work; oversee proposal follow-through Attend trade shows, board meetings, site visits, client events and presenting lunch and learns Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline in Pipedrive Collaborate with internal teams and support interdepartmental communication Help determine which projects to pursue and manage meeting schedules Contribute to sales strategy and process improvement Performing property inspections as well as mapping out and locating the drainage systems within each property Qualifications
Sales experience (Stormwater or construction preferred) Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Proficiency in CRM systems (Pipedrive a plus) Comfortable managing multiple projects and client priorities Experience
