CAR SALES REPRESENTATIVE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH / SPANISH) at Tricolor Auto Group, LLC. We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and determined individual to join our team and advance to the next level. Responsibilities
Work in a high-energy and fast-paced environment Phone calls and posts on social media Car demonstrations and test drives Educate customers about financing options Build relationships with customers Qualifications
People person who enjoys interacting with customers Bilingual – English and Spanish Driver’s license valid with a clean record Open schedule; willing to work long hours Able to pass a drug test and background check Experience
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. We will provide training to help you succeed. Relevant backgrounds include car sales, dealership, auto sales, internet sales, retail sales, customer service, and related fields. Compensation and Benefits
Pay – commission structure with potential earnings of $85,000 to $200,000 annually Health, vision, dental, and life insurance options after 30 days of employment 401K with company matching up to 4% Growth opportunities: 80% of our managers were previously sales representatives Employee discount program, training, learning opportunities, childcare, and more About Tricolor
