Sales Representatives
to support a variety of outbound campaigns for some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Make and receive calls in a professional, courteous manner Use training and tools to confidently answer questions and recommend solutions Understand customer needs and resolve issues effectively Research and collaborate with internal departments to resolve inquiries Accurately manage customer accounts and document interactions Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive data responsibly Escalate complex issues when needed Stay current with training, system updates, and program changes Meet attendance and scheduling expectations Candidate Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to type 20+ words per minute Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution Customer-first mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsive Ability to multitask and self-manage in a fast-paced environment Team player with excellent interpersonal skills Compensation & Benefits
