Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs. Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business. Represent our Company and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Assist our leaders with store operations and duties. Achieve sales goals and KPIs. Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless as required. Job Qualifications
Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish). Clear communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude. Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity. A background in retail sales is helpful. At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions. Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong social media presence preferred. Must have reliable transportation to the location. Must live within 30 minutes of home store location and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district as needed. Ability to operate a personal computer. Adhere to the Team Color policy and maintain a neat and professional appearance. Working Conditions
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds. Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking. Stand for long periods to provide best customer service. Work in a fast‑paced environment. Follow instructions to completion. Problem solve under pressure.
