Manage and oversee all kitchen staff levels. Maintain food quality, safety, & sanitation standards, adhering to health regulations. Execute menus ensuring consistency and proper techniques. Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency. Manage budgets, financials, labor, and food costs. Collaborate with the team to deliver quality in both catering/events and the restaurant. Handle hiring, scheduling, motivation, discipline, and foster a positive team culture. Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in kitchen management or as an Executive Chef in an upscale, full-service environment. Experience with kitchen/restaurant software and purchasing systems. Strong understanding of cost management, inventory controls, and financials. Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator, professional, and team player.
