Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily operations of quick service/outdoor kiosk environments to ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, guest service, and safety.
Schedule and assign tasks for service and kitchen team members; monitor shift responsibilities to align with quality, sanitary, and legal standards.
Assist with team member training and monitor performance, providing timely feedback and corrections as needed.
Maintain positive guest relations and address concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
Assist with administrative tasks including ordering and inventory management.
Qualifications
Minimum of two years’ experience managing high-volume quick service restaurants or counter-service operations; basic knowledge of full-service dining is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work in outdoor environments and manage multiple service points.
ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certifications are ideal but not mandatory.
Strong financial and computer skills, including familiarity with P&L concepts, budgeting, Microsoft Office Suite, and POS systems.
Exceptional communication skills and an ability to anticipate guest and employee needs.
No degree required.
Pay and Benefits Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year. In addition to base salary, an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan, may apply. The advertised pay range reflects the amount the employer is willing to pay at the time of posting. Details on the benefits package are available at the employer’s benefits site.
