- 2700 to 3200miles/week O.T.R Runs: - Operating Area: Majority 11 Western States but also included sometime Midwest and Southeast Transmission Type: Automatics Drug Test: Urine Vision Drivers Enjoy Great Benefits Health, Dental and Vision Long and Short-Term disability 401k Life Insurance Paid Vacation Call Anthony 404-300-9003 Job Requirements: Minimum 3 months driving experience.
Moving Violations: No more than 2 moving violations in the last year or 3 in the last 3 years.
DUI/DWI: No DUI's in a Commercial vehicle ever
No more than 2 DUI's in a lifetime
No DUI's within the past 5 years
If 2 DUI's or open containers, the first one must be outside of 10 years
No Open Container for passengers in the past 3 years
If the driver has more than one DUI then the most recent one has to be outside of 10 years
Automatic DQ's: recent at fault rollover in the past year amp; No failed D.O.T alcohol/drug test lifetime
Felony convictions outside of 10 years
Misdemeanor convictions outside of 4 years
