As an apprentice, you'll work alongside a successful Farmers agent and receive structured mentorship, classroom training, and hands-on experience selling personal and commercial insurance. This is the first step in a defined career track that can lead to future agency leadership within the Farmers Insurance network. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance products. Learn to sell policies in auto, home, life, and business insurance. Follow a structured sales training and licensing program. Collaborate with your mentor agent and district team to achieve sales goals. Gain experience with client acquisition, quoting, customer service, and retention. Prepare to transition into a fully licensed agent role with entrepreneurial responsibility. Benefits
