Retail Sales Representative - Oakland, CA (Part-time) The Retail Sales Representative is a part-time role and will service retailers in Oakland, CA and surrounding areas. The position is Monday–Friday (3 days a week). Must have reliable transportation and an iPad to enter data/photos. Location: Oakland, CA (within a 25 mile radius) Hours: Part-time, 24 hours a week Compensation: $20 hourly Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. What You’ll Do
Retail work will entail ordering product and preparing products for shelves from new orders. Conduct audits and merchandising in area grocery stores. Drive to various retail locations. Verify that our clients’ products are accurately represented on store shelves. Report findings and data to management through a downloaded app. Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores. Adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines. Perform physical activities including frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team. Attend client kickoff video calls. Serve as a Brand Ambassador by building and cultivating relationships with store and department managers. Monitor sales volume and inventory levels. Present and create awareness with store management about approved deals from corporate. Encourage stores to order more products and accept the orders. Support promotional activities by negotiating/building displays to ensure product is available for consumers. Place in-store promotional materials (neck-hangers, aisle stoppers, danglers, coupons, samples, etc.). Rotate products and assist with new item cut-ins. Monitor and ensure the approved schematic layout and planogram. Take pictures of products, displays and competitive sets. Complete daily and weekly reports as instructed. Execute special promotional campaigns and resets as directed. Additional activities as requested by company management. What You Should Bring To The Table

Fuel stipends - $32/day Communication stipends - $2.50/day 401k with company match
