Telesales Representative , your focus will be on outbound B2B telemarketing, promoting Spectrum Business products and services (Internet, Voice, Video & Mobile) to new prospects and upselling existing customers. With uncapped earning potential and control over your success, this role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities: Connect with new and existing customers to promote telecommunication services, turning cold calls into meaningful conversations that lead to sales. What Our Telesales Representatives Enjoy: Unlimited Earning Potential: Your effort directly impacts your earnings, with uncapped commissions. Making an Impact: Support initiatives that improve the customer experience. Driving Sales: Achieve and surpass monthly sales quotas through activity targets such as outbound calls, follow-ups, quotes, and conversions. Consulting: Promote and recommend the value of Spectrum products. Staying Informed: Inform prospects about pricing and Spectrum’s competitive advantages. This role involves working in an office call center environment, seated for long periods, using a telephone headset and multiple screens, with moderate noise levels. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or business is a plus. 2+ years in a call center or 1+ years in sales or marketing roles. Proficiency with CRM software and call center technology. Strong communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills. Ability to listen, develop needs-based strategies, and meet/exceed sales targets in a fast-paced setting. Schedule: Monday-Friday. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years in B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications or cable industries. Experience with ICOMS, CSG, or similar billing software. 2+ years in call center or telecommunication sales.
