As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works — understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in their store and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment. Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates should be able to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Lifting expectations: up to 50 pounds. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engaging customer experiences by adhering to all safety standards. Maintain our values, policies, and procedures. Qualifications

Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Must be available to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core Competencies
