We’re seeking a Lead Generation Specialist with a proven track record in online sales targeting the US market. The ideal candidate is a self‑driven professional with hands‑on experience in B2C lead generation. The candidate will leverage platforms like LinkedIn and other digital channels to attract, engage, and convert prospects into qualified leads and paying customers. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and connect with US-based college and university students and recent graduates through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platforms. Build targeted lead lists using advanced search, filters, and automation tools. Generate consistent qualified leads that align with the company’s sales and marketing goals.

Sales Outreach & Conversion

Conduct personalized outreach campaigns to engage prospects, nurture interest, and convert leads into paying customers. Manage conversations from first contact through close, maintaining high response rates and conversion efficiency. Use CRM tools to track engagement, manage follow-ups, and optimize conversion workflows.

CRM & Data Management

Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in CRM systems. Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improved targeting.

Market Intelligence

Research US market trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior among university and early-career segments. Share feedback and insights with the marketing and product teams to refine campaign strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in online sales or lead generation for US-based companies. Experience in B2C selling, preferably to students or early-career audiences. Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital prospecting tools. Experience working with CRM systems. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Ability to work independently with measurable deliverables and KPIs.
