We are seeking driven District General Agents in the Greater Greenville, SC territory to drive sales and develop independent agents, offering valuable voluntary benefits that provide employees with vital financial protection during life's unexpected events.

Successful business owners focus on:

Recruiting, training, and mentoring sales agents

Identifying, interviewing, and onboarding sales professionals

Providing field training and joint sales efforts

Leading sales meetings, orientations, and development sessions

Driving B2B sales

Cultivating relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers

Fostering a competitive and collaborative sales culture

Strengthening broker partnerships

Beneficial Qualifications and/or Experience:

Experience in B2B sales

Background in building independent sales teams

Experience in recruiting and in talent development

Strong leadership and motivational abilities

Prior experience in insurance sales

Life & Accident/Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic

Compensation:

As a District General Agent, you have the opportunity to earn substantial commissions based on sales results, including renewal income, bonuses, and luxury incentive trips.

This is an independent contractor opportunity in which you are in business for yourself but not by yourself. Any income range associated with this posting represents the potential pre‑tax earnings of a business owner in this role, not a guaranteed salary or guaranteed earnings. All earnings in this role are sales results‑based and uncapped, with a tremendous potential for growth based on your business acumen.
