Key Account Manager

to take ownership of France and the Benelux market. You will help expand our distribution network, drive sales, and strengthen customer relationships. Your responsibilities Lead the development and expansion of our distribution network in the Benelux and France region Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key retail and distribution partners Drive sales growth through negotiation of prices, terms, and promotional agreements Develop and implement category management strategies to grow the portfolio and core assortments Identify opportunities and execute initiatives to boost revenue and market share Conduct in-depth market and performance analysis and translate insights into action plans Design and implement joint business plans with key accounts Contribute to brand-building and optimization of market presence Prepare sales documentation, customer-specific offers, and promotional concepts Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to ensure alignment and effective go-to-market strategies Deliver customer training and support for sales teams at the point of sale Your qualifications At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally in FMCG or consumer goods Proven track record in sales of premium/complex products or services, preferably in beauty or lifestyle University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Strong negotiation, communication, and confident presence Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and a structured working style Highly self-driven, solution-oriented, and collaborative Strong customer orientation with ability to build long-lasting partnerships Fluency in English required; Dutch or French knowledge is a strong advantage Benefits Role with real ownership from day one Opportunity to shape growth of a dynamic brand in France and the Benelux region Flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and international projects Diverse, supportive, and inspiring workplace Attractive employee discounts on products Ready to turn partnerships into growth and take ownership of France & Benelux?
