Sales Manager - Yeast Derivatives Animal Nutrition
Job Title: Sales Manager – Yeast & Yeast Derivatives (Animal Nutrition) Location : Remote (Preferred: Germany, Poland, Benelux, or France) About the Company: Our client is a German-based supplier of yeast, yeast derivatives, and yeast cell wall products serving the animal nutrition industry. Known for their technical expertise and commitment to quality, they partner with feed manufacturers and premix companies to enhance animal health and performance. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth within the animal nutrition sector across UK, Benelux, Germany, and Poland. The role focuses on expanding the company’s presence in these high-potential markets by developing new business and strengthening relationships with feed producers, premix manufacturers, and distributors. The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Germany, Poland, Benelux, or France, and requires regular travel within the region. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies for yeast and yeast-derived products across the animal nutrition sector in the target markets. Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Build strong relationships with feed producers, premix manufacturers, and distribution partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with technical and supply chain teams to ensure excellent service and product delivery. Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings. Key Requirements: Proven B2B sales experience in animal nutrition, feed ingredients, or related sectors. Knowledge of yeast or functional feed additives is an advantage. Track record of business development success across multiple European markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English; additional European languages (German, Dutch, Polish, French) are a plus.
