About the role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager Benelux to strengthen Sage Appliances’ market presence and drive growth across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. In this role, you will manage and develop selected key retail and distribution partnerships, ensuring our premium coffee machines and appliances are successfully positioned, represented, and sold throughout the region. You will act as the main commercial contact for strategic accounts supporting the Sales Manager and Head of Sales Central Europe. Key responsibilities include: Managing and growing relationships with key retail and distribution partners in the Benelux market. Developing and executing account plans to achieve sales, profitability, and brand objectives. Negotiating annual agreements, promotions, and activations in line with company strategy. Driving sell-in and sell-out performance through close collaboration with accounts and internal teams. Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and category developments to identify new opportunities. Ensuring premium brand visibility and strong execution of trade marketing activities across channels. Working cross-functionally with marketing, training, and operations to deliver seamless customer and consumer experiences. Providing accurate forecasts, reporting, and insights to support business planning and decision-making.
We’re interested in hearing from people who have
Proven track record in account management or sales within consumer goods, appliances, or premium lifestyle brands. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with major retail or distribution partners. Commercial acumen with the ability to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across different countries and cultures. Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. A results-driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset. Willingness to travel regularly within the Benelux region and to the German Office located in Krefeld. Successful applicant should be located in Southern Netherlands.
