This role is a collaboration with Aquent Talent. Responsibilities
Create a welcoming store environment by greeting every customer with a smile and providing friendly, attentive service. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately, ensuring smooth transactions and adherence to cash handling procedures. Maintain a well-stocked and organized sales floor, assisting with displays, inventory management, and general store upkeep. Proactively address customer inquiries, offering assistance, product knowledge, and recommendations. Communicate effectively with the team, sharing feedback and contributing to a positive work environment. Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including safety and operational guidelines. Must-Have Qualifications
1+ years of customer service experience Ability to lift 25lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing exceptional customer service Nice-to-Have Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Proficiency in problem-solving and process improvement Excellent time management and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships Understanding of basic business metrics and their application in a retail setting The target hiring compensation range for this role is
$14.27 to $15.86
