We are seeking a proven Account Executive (AE) with experience managing the full sales cycle and building strong customer relationships. We need someone who is both a people person and a technology person, with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail. The role focuses on sourcing and closing qualified opportunities and growing accounts within our target markets, specifically through our partnership channel. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with similar technology (HR tech) and personas (CHRO, VP HR, VP Talent Acquisition, etc.) within the SMB and Mid-Market segments (fewer than 999 employees).
Note: This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close, including discovery calls, demonstrations, negotiations, and contract signing
Identify, source, and close new channel leads within target verticals
Build and foster long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
Enable partners through training, sales tools, and ongoing support to effectively source leads
Collaborate with partners on joint sales activities, including co-selling and deal registration
Accurately forecast sales activities and revenue achievement
Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and product features
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product, sharing insights and proposing enhancements that reflect the customer experience
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of proven sales experience within a SaaS company, preferably HR technology
Prior channel/partner sales experience preferred but not required
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Superior verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
Experience in start-up, entrepreneurial and ambiguous environments
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Analytical and process-oriented mindset with ability to build compelling business cases
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive a bonus)
Experience with modern Sales & Go To Market tools (Zoominfo, PandaDoc, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
Must pass a drug test and background check, to the extent permitted by law
Must be able to work at our Salt Lake City HQ at least 3-4x/week
