Responsibilities: • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from the client about potential homes. Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust, and increase sales volume • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and help them acquire the perfect home Qualifications: • Great communication and social skills • Past sales experience is preferred • Technology driven • Self-motivation and drive • Show good organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills • Past sales experience is preferred • Compliance with local and regional licensing and education requirements Compensation: $50,000 - $250,000 yearly • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from the client about potential homes. Compensation: $50,000-$250,000 per year
