Build relationships: be the first point of contact for customers, whether in-store or over the phone. Use your knowledge to understand their needs and guide them to the right products. Drive growth: participate in inside sales, assess customer needs, provide quotes, and use problem-solving to find optimal solutions. Ensure smooth operations: keep the store organized, process sales in the system, and contribute to an efficient and positive customer experience. Be a reliable backup: use your Class B CDL to safely deliver essential gases and welding products when regular drivers are unavailable. What we're looking for
A Class A or B CDL with hazmat endorsement (or willingness to obtain one after hire). Minimum of one year of professional DOT/CDL driving experience. Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive attitude. Ability to lift and move objects up to 60 lbs. Familiarity with sales platforms or ability to learn systems like SAP quickly. Pay starts at $24 per hour. Schedule is Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays on call. Must be 21 years of age. Benefits
