Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, Full Time (Merchandising) - Mckinley Mall at Old Navy. You will engage with customers, provide excellent service, educate on merchandise, promotions, and drive sales while executing store operations. Responsibilities
Consistently treat customers and colleagues with respect and contribute to a positive work environment Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling Enhance customer experience using omnichannel offerings Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store goals Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as required Maintain a neat, clean, organized work center Handle all customer interactions and issues professionally Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently Who You Are
Good communicator able to interact with customers and team to meet goals Customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor to deliver an exceptional experience Passionate about retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, open to feedback and take action as required Flexible schedule including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts Able to utilize retail technology Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 lbs Compensation
Hourly Range: $15.50 - $16.50 USD. Employee pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or the pay range minimum based on city, county and state requirements. Employment type
