The Neuropsych Sales Specialist is responsible for significant sales growth within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions. This role requires account-based selling, relationship building, and collaboration with internal teams. Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage territory resources effectively.
Key responsibilities include building relationships with healthcare providers, providing product demonstrations, promoting products, managing key accounts, analyzing sales data, and achieving sales targets while adhering to compliance policies.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of sales experience (pharmaceutical sales preferred), strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a valid US driver’s license. Travel is required.
The position offers a salary range of $88,000 – $170,000 annually, with additional incentives and benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
