Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
This position will support the Residential Trade Group.
Collaborate with Sales associates to determine the best products and solutions to meet customer needs.
Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
Answer sales calls for general information, address and resolve customer concerns or questions.
Effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) systems and phone systems.
Qualifications
Industry experience in Plumbing/HVAC preferred.
0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to upsell and demonstrate strong sales skills.
Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
Customer service oriented mindset with ability to build relationships is a plus.
General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $22.45 - $35.89
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
