Negotiation skills to offer deals that satisfy customers while ensuring dealership profit.
Organization and time management to handle many customers, including past customers, at once.

Ability to follow established procedures, instructions, and manufacturer requirements
Strong communication skills
Commitment to health and safety guidelines
High school diploma preferred
Valid driver’s license
