Responsibilities

Market Insight & Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to uncover opportunities for growth. Deliver financial, market, and share insights to inform decision-making.

Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement impactful sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue and growth targets, driving success for both the company and our dealers.

Dealer Growth & Partnership Building: Identify and onboard new dealers aligned with brand value and sales objectives, and cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships.

Networking & Strategic Influence: Drive sales through independent networking, targeting key market segments, and facilitating strategic meetings with industry influencers.

Sales Forecasting & Performance Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to keep management informed of progress and opportunities.

Dealer Support & Training: Provide ongoing training and resources to empower dealers with product knowledge and selling skills.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (product development, customer support) to ensure seamless dealer interactions and resolve challenges efficiently.

CRM Management: Leverage Salesforce to manage and optimize all sales funnel activities, providing insights based on data.

Current State Market Reporting & Insights: Share detailed market performance reports to set a data-based current state, identify growth areas and gaps, and outline successful strategies.

Minimal Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field or equivalent experience

5+ years of related sales experience, including account management

Ability to travel a minimum of 50%, or as required

Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales and market share targets

Effective communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Data-savvy and able to distinguish data from opinion

Coaching & motivation abilities to inspire teams and dealers

Presentation & training excellence to elevate dealer performance

Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and Power BI (or equivalents)

Organized and efficient with strong time management and proactive planning
