Retail Sales Associates are ambassadors of the Burlington brand, greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat sales floor, and supporting store operations.
Department assignments may include: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.
Responsibilities
Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Benefits and Compensation Base pay: $15 per hour. Part-time associates may be eligible for Burlington's benefits package, which includes dental and vision coverage and life insurance.
