Precise RCM , we specialize in end-to-end medical billing, credentialing, and accounts receivable management. Our goal is to help healthcare providers reduce revenue leakage and maximize efficiency in their revenue cycle. We are expanding our sales team to strengthen our presence in the U.S. healthcare market. Role Overview
As an
RCM Sales Executive , you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding healthcare providers (clinics, practices, hospitals, and physician groups) that need support with medical billing and revenue cycle management. You will serve as the first point of contact, build strong relationships, and drive growth through consultative selling. Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and engage healthcare providers in the U.S. market. Pitch and promote Precise RCM’s services (medical billing, credentialing, AR follow-ups, etc.). Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling. Build long-term relationships with providers and decision-makers. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred, not mandatory). Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management (medical billing, credentialing, AR). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system and provider landscape is a plus. Experience Required
1–3 years of experience in RCM sales / healthcare sales / medical billing sales. Proven track record of client acquisition in healthcare services. Experience working with U.S. healthcare providers is highly desirable. Compensation
Attractive commission-based earnings with no cap. Opportunity for growth into a senior business development role.
