About the Role
As a Sales Executive, your duties will include selling Medical Billing and RCM services to PE Backed and Enterprise size Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), Behavioral Health companies like ABA Clinics & Talk Therapy, SUD, Large multi-location specialty Physician practices, Large Home Health groups, Micro to mid-sized hospitals.
Locations: Dallas, Nashville, Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Phoenix, Houston, Los Angeles
Responsibilities
Responsible for making initial contact with prospective clients to uncover needs for Medical Billing & Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management services, including Coding, Billing, Payment Posting, AR & Denial Management services, Patient Payment solutions & RCM Analytics
Build a pipeline of prospects and widen the contact base in each Provider account.
Leverage interpersonal skills and work closely with CFOs, Revenue Cycle Leaders, Billing Managers, Practice Owners, and Physicians to achieve sales goals.
Work a complete sales cycle from initial prospect identification and qualification to closing the deal.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree
Required Skills
Experience generating business from new enterprise healthcare accounts.
Proven new business development track record with direct client relationships. A true "hunter."
Must have experience cold calling, networking, implementing, and executing strategic sales plans.
Proven selling and persuasion skills
Prior experience selling to Enterprise Healthcare Accounts
Prior experience selling RCM outsourcing services
Exceptional ability to comfortably speak with and present to prospective clients at all levels of an organization
Established relationships with healthcare providers is a big plus.
