What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Cultivate and secure new lines of business within net-new accounts for Adobe Digital Experience solutions

Recruit, coach, mentor, and lead a diverse sales team to achieve quarterly sales targets

Collaborate across the business to develop go-to-market strategies for software and services

Manage relationships at the C-Level to drive strategic digital transformation

Ensure smooth operations within the Sales department, including accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications)

5-10 years of successful software sales leadership experience within the enterprise space

10+ years overall experience in software selling required

Experience selling to CIOs, CDOs, and CMOs highly valued

Strong presentation skills and executive presence

BA/BS degree required or equivalent related experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Knowledge of large, complex sales models and prior experience selling emerging technologies

Experience building client acquisition go-to-market strategies with knowledge of acquisition tools and processes
