Job Description: Sales employees will focus on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Actively seek new leads within your territory through external networks and cold calling, meeting or exceeding weekly quotas for cold calls and door knocks.
Client Engagement:
Understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers. Present tailored growth opportunities and efficiencies.
Account Development:
Develop new accounts and expand existing ones by establishing and nurturing long-term relationships.
Consultative Selling:
Use consultative skills to overcome objections, identify trends, uncover customer needs, and close sales.
Proposal Development:
Prepare responses for RFPs and present products/services that benefit customers.
Strategic Initiatives:
Design and implement strategies to grow and retain revenue, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
Hunter mindset with resilience and perseverance
Strong networking and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable vehicle
Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
Preferred Qualifications:
2-5 years of outside or B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications
Knowledge of fiber broadband technology
Experience with sales funnels and CRM systems
