What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre-qualify applicants, and provide coverage consultations to small business owners
Consult on various small business insurance lines, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP) and Workers Compensation
Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a high-performance sales culture
Manage desk responsibilities and deliver timely outcomes to customers
Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team to assess complex risks and write profitable business
What is Required (Qualifications)
Active commercial Property & Casualty producer’s license required
Eligibility to hold a full Property & Casualty license in resident state and 48 non-resident states (excluding Hawaii/Alaska)
Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty experience preferred
Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Call center experience is valued

Demonstrated time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
