What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Handle inbound calls from warm leads, pre-qualifying applicants and providing coverage consultation to small business owners

Consult on various small business insurance lines, including BOP, Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability

Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced sales environment

Prioritize desk management to ensure timely outcomes for customers

Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team to write profitable business on complex risks

What is Required (Qualifications)

Active commercial Property & Casualty producer’s license required

Eligibility to hold a full Property & Casualty license in your resident state and 48 non-resident states (excluding Hawaii/Alaska)

Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty experience preferred

Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and sell effectively

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Previous call center experience

Demonstrated competitive nature and strong desire to win

Proven ability to manage time and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

High-speed broadband internet service meeting specified requirements
