It embodies Keystone’s commitment to being the farmer’s trusted business partner, serving as the primary resource for current and future technologies via Keystone’s Elite AGx and the Connect platform. Responsibilities
Develop in-depth knowledge of customers’ initiatives, goals, and strategies through regular interactions, understanding their business drivers and buying practices. Utilize AGx, Connect, and other tools to interpret information and make recommendations. Ask insightful questions to understand customer strategies and tailor our offerings accordingly. Create and review Customer Account Plans to meet customer objectives, collaborating with sales and operational teams. Promote Keystone products and services through on-farm visits, calls, and other communication channels to meet sales and communication goals. Achieve sales volume, profit margins, and other targets for assigned accounts. Maintain accurate account and sales records using Keystone Connect and Profile Sheets. Coordinate with location managers and operations daily regarding account status, issues, and opportunities. Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly. Support and adapt the go-to-market strategy within the organization, communicating changes effectively. Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant ag sales experience. Basic knowledge of crop production and agronomics. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under deadlines. Ability to learn diverse product portfolios and deliver profitability. Strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant technological tools. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in an agricultural-related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Additional Details
